Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar at reFocus Afrika–HBCUs Campus is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of all student academic records across our global education network. Serving as the central hub for academic data management, the Registrar supports students, faculty, and partner institutions by ensuring seamless coordination of academic processes from enrollment to graduation.

Our Registrar’s Office provides a full range of academic and administrative services to help students manage their academic journey effectively:

1. Course Registration and Scheduling – Assistance with enrolling in courses, managing class timetables, and making registration adjustments.

2. Academic Transcripts and Degree Audits – Issuing official transcripts and verifying student progress toward degree completion.

3. Graduation Clearance and Student Verification – Coordinating graduation requirements and verifying student status for academic and professional purposes.

4. Transfer Credits and HBCU Coordination – Managing credit transfers and academic alignment between reFocus Afrika and partner Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

The Registrar plays a vital role in ensuring that every student’s academic record is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. Whether you need help with registration, transcript requests, or graduation processing, our office is here to support your academic success.
