Student Government Association (SGA)
The Student Government Association (SGA) represents the voice of our students across partner HBCUs and international institutions. The SGA empowers students to take on leadership roles, participate in governance, and advocate for a better campus experience. Through collaboration with faculty and administration, students develop essential leadership, communication, and organizational skills that prepare them for active civic engagement beyond campus life

Our Cultural Clubs bring together students from across Africa and the diaspora to celebrate heritage, traditions, and unity. STEM & Innovation Club
The STEM & Innovation Club nurtures a spirit of discovery and problem-solving through research, technology, and design thinking. Students engage in projects that address real-world challenges in agriculture, green energy, health, and entrepreneurship. The club hosts hackathons, innovation labs, and mentorship sessions that prepare members to become Africa’s next generation of tech leaders and innovators.

Women in Leadership Circle
The Women in Leadership Circle is dedicated to empowering women students and professionals to lead with confidence and impact. Through mentorship, training workshops, and networking forums, the circle supports women’s advancement in education, business, and public life. Members champion gender equity, inclusion, and leadership excellence across all spheres of society.

Environmental Sustainability Club
Our Environmental Sustainability Club inspires students to become environmental stewards and advocates for sustainable development. Members organize campus-wide clean-ups, tree planting drives, and awareness campaigns promoting renewable energy and responsible consumption. The club collaborates with local communities and organizations to champion climate action across Africa.

The Volunteer Corps & Community Outreach Club encourages students to engage in service-learning projects that make a real difference in local communities. From mentorship programs and education initiatives to health and social impact campaigns, students learn the importance of giving back and embody the reFocus Afrika value of Ubuntu—“I am because we are.”
